lot #1931 Unfiltered, aged three years in light toasted barrel.  This 2019 Chardonnay is characterized by buttery richness with underlying notes of baked fruit, caramel & vanilla.  The creamy acidity leads to lingering aromas of subtle pear and crisp minerality.

lot #2232 Our Pinot Gris spent one month in neutral oak barrels.  It has flavors of apricots and pear with lingering aromas of orange blossoms and quince.  The bright acidity makes this wine compatible with a variety of creamy cheeses, salads & white meat.  Also, pairs well with non-tomato pastas (pesto, aglio e olio)

lot #0802 – Our hidden gem; this wine has been slowly aging in our cellar since 2008. With patience and time, this Riesling has aged gracefully through the years. On the palate, it displays crisp acid with notes of lime peel, apricots and nectarines. Slight petrol (TDN) and citrus blossoms are beautifully displayed in the aroma. The 2008 Riesling is an easy drinking wine that pairs well with curry dishes and/or chicken, pork, shrimp and crab.

lot #1912 – The 2019 Riesling has ripe fruit flavors with aromas of Granny Smith Apples, white peaches, honeycomb with orange blossoms. This wine is dry with crisp mouth watering acidity and nice weight on the palate.  This wine took 2 years to complete fermentation increasing contact with lees (dead yeast) adding texture and complexity to the wine.

lot #1914 This pale ruby 2019 Pinot Noir has medium ripe tannins with aromas of sour cherry, cranberry with subtle notes of dried rosemary. On the palate it has notes of dried strawberry and stem from the whole cluster fermentation. This wine has crisp acidity with a nice balance of earthiness and fruit which will pair well with anything from salmon to lamb chops, roasted turkey or any mushroom dish!

lot# 2021 This newly released Pinot Noir has aromas of sour cherry, vanilla, dried herbs with hints of leather.  On the palate supple tannins with bright acidity mingled with the flavors of cherry, dried cranberries, and cocoa powder.

lot #1811 – The 2018 vintage was a cooler, wetter vintage showing how great vintage variation is for us here in Ohio. This wine has a pale ruby color with aromas of dried cassis, capsicum, tobacco, smoke and a hint of vanilla. The acidity is balanced with medium gripping tannins. This wine should be enjoyed at cellar temperature (about 60° F) pair this wine with a lean cut of meat like venison.

lot #1923 – Cabernet Sauvignon 2019 – Introducing a NEW Cabernet Sauvignon with aromas of cassis, blackberry, potting soil, tobacco and vanilla. This wine has ripe, gripping tannins with a long finish with flavors of ripe plum, black cherry, current, clove and tobacco.
