lot #1811 – The 2018 vintage was a cooler, wetter vintage showing how great vintage variation is for us here in Ohio. This wine has a pale ruby color with aromas of dried cassis, capsicum, tobacco, smoke and a hint of vanilla. The acidity is balanced with medium gripping tannins. This wine should be enjoyed at cellar temperature (about 60° F) pair this wine with a lean cut of meat like venison.
