lot #1914 This pale ruby 2019 Pinot Noir has medium ripe tannins with aromas of sour cherry, cranberry with subtle notes of dried rosemary. On the palate it has notes of dried strawberry and stem from the whole cluster fermentation. This wine has crisp acidity with a nice balance of earthiness and fruit which will pair well with anything from salmon to lamb chops, roasted turkey or any mushroom dish!
